ERDA seeks opportunities that can build upon the current portfolio by sourcing existing HMOs in and around our investment area.
Working with the planning restrictions, implemented for new HMOs, ERDA sources projects that can be converted using the local planning guidelines.
FUND
Whether it is Bridging finance, Development finance or Private investor funds, ERDA always injects funds, from the company, into each project.
DEVELOP
The work to develop a project is a crucial part of the process, from ensuring it adheres to building regulations, right through to decor and furnishings for the end user.
ERDA work with a team of professionals to ensure this work is carried out to the highest level possible.
REFINANCE
The refinance stage is a part of the investment process that enables all parties involved, to be released from the current project, earn interest or growth of wealth, in whichever capacity set out from the initial stages, and ready to reinvest or move on.
RENT
The property is fully furnished and completed to a high standard, correct regulations and licences put in place and is ready for tenants to move in.
MANAGE
The management of ERDA properties is outsourced to local lettings service providers and is closely monitored.
This is a highly valued asset and the tenants are a main priority beyond the initial tenancy set up.
